Off-Shift Maintenance Leader

We are looking for a talented Off Shift Maintenance Leader to join our team specializing in Maintenance Processes and Leadership for our Engine Business Segment in Rocky Mount, North Carolina.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

  • Works and leads teams in the maintenance organization.

  • Coaches line employees on basic maintenance procedures.

  • Works with Facilities, Quality, and Manufacturing Engineering on problem identification, trouble shooting, and equipment issue resolution and repair.

  • Maintains spare parts and indirect materials inventory by using a computerized maintenance management system.

  • Contributes to equipment engineering design evaluations.

  • Leads preventative maintenance processes to ensure equipment is available and capable.

To be successful in this role you will need the following:

  • Intermediate level of relevant work experience required.

  • Leadership support for day-to-day business.

  • Represent Maintenance Business in Daily, weekly & Monthly performance meeting with customer and other stake holder.

  • Follow up with Team on ongoing open action items towards Mission – Vision & Strategy.

  • Lead Maintenance business to support Goal tree & other plantwide initiatives (5S, TPM etc..)

  • Evaluate technicians and CLTs WORK PLAN & performance

  • Drive accountability, ownerships within the teams

  • Periodic Team standard review / TPMS review (and update

  • Assist in department AOP and budget management activities with Business manager.

  • Support downtime management as per call matrix.

  • Downtime safety behavior assessment and audits

  • Shutdown planning evaluation; weekend approvals management; PO reviews and approvals.

Compensation and Benefits

Base salary rate commensurate with experience, range: $96,000-$144,000. Please note that the salary range provided is a good faith estimate on the applicable range. The final salary offer will be determined after considering relevant factors, including a candidate’s qualifications and experience, where appropriate. Additional benefits vary between locations and include options such as our 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan, Cash Balance Pension Plan, Medical/Dental/Life Insurance, Health Savings Account, Domestic Partners Coverage, and a full complement of personal and professional benefits.
