This is an exciting opportunity in Rocky Mount, North Carolina for a Maintenance Manager. Cummins USA is where you can work on industry leading projects.

Develop strategy for Plant Maintenance Program and set direction for maintenance leadership on execution.
Manages the planning and execution of the preventive, predictive, and condition-based maintenance of production equipment.
Manages Leaders in the maintenance organization.
Manages preventative maintenance processes to ensure equipment is available and capable.
Develops performance standards and formulates staff development plans for high reliability leadership organization.
Develop and manages plant level maintenance budgets.
Coaches and leads maintenance leadership.
Leads maintenance cultural change by words and actions.
Aligns and cascades organizational objectives and metrics.
Strategy and direction setting.
Project Management - Establishes and maintains the "Balanced Triangle" of Scope, Schedule and Resources for a temporary effort (a "project").

Equipment/Capital Procurement - Selects manufacturing equipment which meets the Cummins manufacturing specifications and meets the project or program needs.

Minimum ten years of experience is a Plant Maintenance role with at least five years in a leadership role.
Solid experience with Machining equipment, automation manufacturing, high speed machining, controls engineering required.
Automotive manufacturing highly preferred.
Required Education, Licenses or Certifications
Bachelor of Science (or equivalent degree) in Engineering or related discipline required. A graduate degree preferred.
Compensation and Benefits
Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
