Controls Tech-Electrician Level I (2nd Shift)
Description
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
Participate in our skilled trades training program and assists site Electrician skilled trade to learn and develop electrical skills in a manufacturing environment under direct guidance.
Complete and document specific classes and minimum OJT hours.
Learns and understands the protocols of working safely with electricity and other energy sources with industrial equipment.Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE)
Engage in HSE Training.
Promote quality assurance through performing quality inspections.
Learns and applies high standards of workmanship and craftsmanship.
Support equipment uptime and downtime failure analysis.
Performs supervised work in accordance with diagrams, sketches, operation manuals and specifications using various tools, measuring and testing instruments.
Provide feedback into the Preventive Maintenance system.
Participate in continuous improvement activities.
Communicates effectively with the assigned team and with all support teams.
Participates actively with local Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) teams in ways to improve quality, safety, process, material flow, and employee development.
Completes training and personal development in line with business requirements.

Qualifications
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
Basic level of electrical experience required.
Ability to solve complex, repetitive & top identified problems & lead team to solution & Training.
Ability to lead thru working with OEMs in case of an issue with existing equipment to identify root cause and implement the fix.
Minimum of 2000 OJT hours required.
Ability to design electrical architecture (includes panel design, electrical prints, network design, power distribution and spec out electrical BOM) for new or existing equipment.
Awareness of working with Servo, VFDs, vision application and able to trouble shoot issues.
Ability to lead multiple projects independently with cross functional team related to existing & new equipment's, this includes PO creation, managing cash flow, updating plant leadership on project status and ensuring the timeline is met.
Ability to solve complex, repetitive & top identified problems & lead team to solution & Training.
Compensation and Benefits
Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
