Education, Licenses, Certifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial, Manufacturing Engineer, Business Administration or related.
3-5 years or more in the specific function and automotive industry.
Experience on team management from 60 to 100 team members.
Problem solving techniques / problem management.
Availability to work in different shifts according the production needs.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Effective communication and leadership.
Supervises the daily activities of a production unit or teams.
Responsible for the daily activities of a production team including managing team members, housekeeping, and meeting production targets.
Works cross functionally to recommend and engage in improving safety, productivity, quality, and efficiency of operations.
Serves as group lead on projects and work assignments.
Provides guidance and feedback for team members in accomplishing tasks and goals; sets expectations and clarifies responsibilities.
