We are looking for a talented Production Assembler to join our team specializing in operating manual and automated equipment to manufacture and assemble product for our location in Cookeville, TN.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
Works with peers, skilled trades and support staff to maintain and identify equipment needing repair.
Health and Safety Fundamentals - Champions and models proactive health and safety behaviors by identifying, reporting and participating in actions to improve health and safety in order to build an interdependent culture and contribute to an injury-free workplace.
Manufacturing Knowledge - Demonstrates the knowledge of manufacturing by correctly implementing changes in current processes, equipment, and applications to meet the function's needs and contribute towards continuous improvement.
Operates manual and automated equipment to manufacture and assemble product in order to create the proper characteristics and dimensions necessary to meet customer expectations.
Teamwork - Communicates effectively with the assigned team and with all support teams.
Ensures accountability and drives results - Holding self and others accountable to meet commitments and consistently achieving results, even under tough circumstances.
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.
Requires some work experience or intermediate level knowledge obtained through education, training or on-the-job experience.
Must have an open schedule and open availability.
Pay starting at $14/hour
Compensation and Benefits
Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
