This is an exciting opportunity in Clovis, New Mexico for a Production Coordinator.

Your impact will happen in these and other ways:


  • Performs routine and non-routine production duties by following written processes to disassemble core engines, engine components, or to perform assembly on sub component parts using Bill of Materials (BOM) and prints.

  • Operates ovens, bead blasters, washers, and other disassembly/cleaning equipment.

  • Responsible for the visual and quantifiable inspection of the final result of their process.

  • Resolves disassembly and component production problems. Reports other problems to the team leader or Production Supervisor for assistance.

  • Identifies and sorts disassembled parts to be sent to the correct parts cleaning processes/locations.

  • Works with quality to document any issues with engine components.

  • Maintains housekeeping and safety in work areas.

  • Assists in training department personnel.

  • Communicates within the assigned team and with all support teams.

  • Understands and applies appropriate company and department rules and guidelines to work.

  • Knows and complies with departmental, site, and company safety policies and procedures.

  • Participates in improvement projects.

  • Remains flexible and performs other miscellaneous duties, as required, to get the job done.

  • Completed work with minimal supervision.

  • Performs cross-functional work within the department

Qualifications and Competencies

Education, Licenses, Certifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent Experience

  • 1 year of relevant experience and/or experience to demonstrate the ability to successfully perform the job duties preferred.

  • Skill/Knowledge/Ability/Experience Requirements

  • Ability to perform basic math/add and subtract numbers

  • Must have the ability to learn basic engine knowledge.

  • Must be able to learn Precision measuring Instruments.

  • Ability to use hand, air, and power tools. Must be able to demonstrate ability to retrieve and comprehend written processes, and B.O.M’s.

  • Requires effective relationship management skills with co-workers in a team environment.


Compensation and Benefits

Base hourly rate commensurate with experience. Additional benefits vary between locations and include options such as our 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan, Cash Balance Pension Plan, Medical/Dental/Life Insurance, Health Savings Account, Domestic Partners Coverage and a full complement of personal and professional benefits.
